A former PSA pilot and an expert in SIRE 2.0, he is renowned for his advisory skills in shipping matters and his focus on enhancing safety and quality standards in the industry.

Alka C. Mehta, Director at Luba Marine Survey, combines her expertise in film direction and business management with a passion for enhancing well-being through yoga, fostering adaptability, relaxation, and productivity.
Kavita Mehta (CA)
Kavita Mehta, an ACCA Affiliate, has years of expertise in financial analysis and client relationship management. At Luba Marine Survey, she excels in delivering precise financial insights and ensuring strong client connections to support business growth.
Sunil Taneja (HSQE Marine Superintendent)
Sunil Taneja is an experienced HSQE Marine Superintendent with a strong focus on chemical and LPG carriers. He excels in preparing vessels for vetting inspections and conducting navigation, ISM, and safety audits in line with SIRE, OCIMF, and company standards. Sunil is also dedicated to enhancing crew performance through targeted onboard training based on identified needs.
Capt R S Meganathan Shanmugam (Principal Marine Consultant)
Capt. R S Meganathan Shanmugam is a seasoned Principal Marine Consultant with extensive experience in the maritime industry. He is highly skilled in Safety Management Systems, maritime operations, shipbuilding, port management, and the ISM Code. Capt. Shanmugam’s expertise and dedication have made him a respected figure in the field, where he consistently delivers valuable insights and guidance.
Rajiv Maiti (Technical Superintendent/Surveyor)
Rajiv is a skilled Technical Superintendent and Surveyor with expertise in conducting pre-purchase inspections and condition assessments of vessels. With a strong focus on ensuring operational efficiency, Rajiv’s experience is further enhanced by his specialized training in hazardous materials (HazMat), making him a key asset in maintaining safety and compliance in marine operations.
